This policy describes what Planright Events collects when you register for an event and how it is used.

What we collect

When you register: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your answers to the event's registration questions, and your selected options. If you create an account, we also store a password (as a one-way hash). Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; they never touch our servers.

How we use it

To fulfill your registration: confirmation and receipt emails, event communications about your registration (changes, cancellations), and check-in at the event. If you opt in to marketing, we may email you about future Planright Events; every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and you can opt out at any time by contacting [email protected]. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and event production tools operated by Planright Events staff (for example the check-in and show roster tools used at the venue). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention

Registration records are kept for the operation of the event and our bookkeeping. You may request deletion of your personal information by writing to [email protected]; we will honor the request except where records must be retained for financial reporting.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in during a visit, and, if you choose "Remember me", a token that keeps you signed in on that device. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can register as a guest without creating an account, decline the marketing checkbox, and request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via [email protected].
