These terms govern your use of the Planright Events website and your registration for events listed on it. By creating a registration, you agree to them.

Registrations and payment

A registration is confirmed when payment is completed and you receive a confirmation code. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Prices, fees, and availability are shown before you pay. Some events add a processing fee, which is always displayed as its own line before checkout.

Refunds and changes

Refund policies are set per event. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be offered a refund of your registration payment. For any other change or refund request, contact us at [email protected] and include your confirmation code.

Check-in

Your confirmation code and QR code admit the named registrant. Keep them private; anyone presenting your code may be checked in as you. Lost codes can be recovered from your confirmation email or by contacting us.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to make fraudulent registrations, resell registrations without the organizer's permission, interfere with the operation of the service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.

Events

Event details (dates, times, venues, program) are set by the event organizer and may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants of material changes using the contact details you provide.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planright Events is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or attendance at an event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
